Salata od gambora


























Potrebno:

  • pakovanje gambora od 300 grama (Ovo su neki najsitniji, ali su zato najjeftiniji.)
  • jedna crveni grejpfrut (Odsečete koru nožem - deblje, pa onda opet nožem izvadite komadiće bez onih žilica.)
  • jedna pomorandža (Obrađena kao i grejpfrut.)
  • sok od pola limuna
  • malo maslinovog ulja, soli i bibera
  • sveža nana
  • ovde ima i 10-ak komadića dinje
  • prethodno skuvan pirinač


Vreme pripreme: 15 minuta.
Težina: lako.

Gambore (gamborčiće) ubacite u vrelu vodu i kuvate 5-6 minuta. Iscedite. Začinite maslinovim ulje, limunovim sokom, solju i biberom. Ostavite da se malo ohlade i izmešate sa ostalim sastojcima.





Shrimp salad

Serves for two:


  • shrimp - 300 grams (These are the smallest, but also are the cheapest.)
  • one red grapefruit (Cut off the peel with a knife - thicker, and then again with a knife cut some nice pieces)
  • one orange (Treated as a grapefruit.)
  • 10 little pieces of melon
  • juice of half a lemon
  • a little olive oil, salt and pepper
  • fresh mint
  • pre-cooked rice



Preparation time: 15 minutes.
Weight: easy.


Put shrimps  into boiling water and cook for 5-6 minutes. Drain. Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Allow to cool slightly and mixed with other ingredients.
