Potrebno:
- pakovanje gambora od 300 grama (Ovo su neki najsitniji, ali su zato najjeftiniji.)
- jedna crveni grejpfrut (Odsečete koru nožem - deblje, pa onda opet nožem izvadite komadiće bez onih žilica.)
- jedna pomorandža (Obrađena kao i grejpfrut.)
- sok od pola limuna
- malo maslinovog ulja, soli i bibera
- sveža nana
- ovde ima i 10-ak komadića dinje
- prethodno skuvan pirinač
Vreme pripreme: 15 minuta.
Težina: lako.
Gambore (gamborčiće) ubacite u vrelu vodu i kuvate 5-6 minuta. Iscedite. Začinite maslinovim ulje, limunovim sokom, solju i biberom. Ostavite da se malo ohlade i izmešate sa ostalim sastojcima.

Ma chef, nije ti ovo salata...ceo obrok, sto se mene tice. I mnogo je zanimljivo.Islo bi i uz kus-kus odlicno.
