Tuna & Origano

Po osobi:

  • šnicla tune (oko 250 grama)
  • so i biber po ukusu
  • dve kašičice soka od limuna
  • dve kašike soka od pomorandže
  • kašičica soka od limete
  • grančica sveže majčine dušice
  • kašičica rendane kore od limuna
  • 3 kašike maslinovog ulja


Preliv:

  • malo svežeg origana
  • malo svežeg peršuna
  • mladi beli luk
  • sok od pola limuna
  • 3 kašike maslinovog ulja
  • so i biber po ukusu


Vreme pripreme: 20 minuta.
Težina: lako.


Šnicle od tune posoliti, pobiberiti, preliti sokom od limuna, pomorandže i limete. Dodati koru od limuna i majčinu dušicu. Ostaviti da se marinira 1 sat u frižideru.



Izvaditi ribu. Ocediti je od viška marinade. Dodati joj tri-četiri kašike maslinovog ulja. Peći na tiganju. Po 5-6 minuta sa obe strane. Okrenuti samo jednom.



Za preliv, sitno iseckati peršun, origano i mladi beli luk. Dodati so, biber, limunov sok i maslinovo ulje. Odnos ulja prema limunovom soku je otprilike 3 prema 1.



Poslužite uz pečeni krompir. 





Tuna & Oregano

Per person:
  • tuna steak (about 250 grams)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • two teaspoons of lemon juice
  • two tablespoons of orange juice
  • teaspoon of lime juice
  • sprigs of fresh thyme
  • teaspoon lemon zest
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil



Dressing:
  • some fresh oregano
  • some fresh parsley
  • young garlic, green part
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste



Preparation time: 20 minutes.
Weight: easy.

Season tuna steaks with salt and pepper, pour over some juice of lemons, oranges and limes. Add lemon zest and thyme. Allow to marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.


Drain excess marinade. Add 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil. Bake in a pan for 5-6 minutes on each side. Turn only once.


For the dressing, finely chop the parsley, oregano and young garlic. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil. Ratio of oil to the lemon juice is about 3 to 1.
