Kalup za mafine premažete sa malo ulja. U svaki kalup stavite krug od
hleba. Zatim pažljivo po obodima kalupa savijete delimično pečenu slaninu. U
kalupove dodate i malo kaškavalja. Pečete u rerni 5 minuta - dok kačkavalj ne počne da se topi. Izvadite
i z rerne i pažljivo u svaki kalup

<b><i>Nožem pažljivo odvojite sredinu od sve 4 kriške hleba. Pazite da kora i sredina ostanu nepokidani. Sačuvajte. Iseckajte jednu crvenu i jednu zelenu pariku na kockice ili kraće trake. Kratko ih propržite na tiganju sa malo maslinovog ulja. Dodajte na kockice iseckanu šunku (pečenicu, kulen ili neku ljutu kobasicu). Pržite još 5 minuta. Sadržaj iz tiganja u samom tiganju odvojite na 4 dela. Preko svakog dela stavite koru hleba; tačnije okružite ga korom od hleba. U svaki krug ubacite i kockice kačkavalja. Pržite par minuta dok kačkavalj ne počne da se topi. U svaki krug sada ulijete umućena jaja. Pokrijete sredinom od hleba. Okrenete i pečete još 4-5 minuta.</i></b></div>

Toliko mu je potrbno da se skoro u potpunosti skuva (recimo 2/3). Oljuštimo ga i pažljivo isečemo svaki na četiri dela kao na slici. Dobro začinimo solju i biberom. Dodamo ruzmarin i majčinu dušicu. Dodamo sitno seckanu čili papričicu. Parčiće poređamo u tepsiji. Pečemo na 220 stepeni C, 10-ak minuta, da postanu hrskavi spolja. A da ostanu sočni iznutra.</span></i></b></div>

tiganju (da ima metalnu dršku kako bi mogao u rernu), na malu ulja propržimo
lente slanine. Da umereno porumene sa obe strane. Izvadimo slaninu. Batat
narendamo, posolimo, pobiberimo i ostavimo 10-a minuta. Uključimo rernu da se
zagreje na 200 stepeni C. Batat šakama dobro ocedimo od viška tečnosti. Tako oceđen sada ide u tiganj u kojem je prethodno ispržena
slanina. Lepo rasporedimo narendan batat, da u tiganju dobijemo deblju
palačinku – oko 1cm. Pržimo 10-ak minuta sa jedne strane. Pokrijemo tanjirom i naglo okrenemo palačinku u tanjir. Sada je pažljimo vratimo u tiganj isprženom
stranom okrenutom nagore. Pečemo drugu stranu 5-6 minuta. Za to vreme na
gornjoj strani napravimo 4 manja udubljena u koja slomimo 4 jaja. Dodamo preko
toga slaninu i ubacimo u zagrejanu rernu još 10 min. </b></span><o:p></o:p></div>

Svaku pastrmku napunite mešavinom sitno seckanog belog luka i peršuna. U svaku stavite po tri kolutova limuna. Za svaku pastrmku odrežite (pocepajte) komad papira za pečenje u rerni (dovoljno velik da možete lep hermetički da zamotate pastrmku). Papire poređate po stolu. Na svaki papir stavite na kolutove naseckan crveni luka (i na listiće naseckane šampinjone). Preko toga stavite pastrmke. Prelijeta sa malo limunovog soka i sa po 3-4 kašike maslinovog ulja. Dodate po tri četiri masline. Dodate još neki začin (npr ruzmarin ili majčinu dušicu). Dodate na prutiće naseckanu šargarepu. </i></b></span></div>

Pečete 10-ak minuta na niskoj temperaturi. Okrenete pažljivo, kao palačinku. Drugu stranu pečete još 7-8 minuta. </i></b></span></div>

Verovatno će reći da sam preterao sa jagnjetinom, ali meni su ga ovakvog poslužili u restoranu. Humus je bio bljutav a jagnjetina (ovčetina) hladna. Da ne kažem - bajato. Konobar je pokušavao da me upozori tri puta mi nudeći svežu ribu ili džambo škampe. Vukao me i do frižidera da ih vidim. Greškom sam se odlučio za humus. Sad pokušavam da popravim utisak o njemu... I dalje nisam oduševljen. Tatina jagnjetina je sjajna, naravno. Potrebno za dve osobe:</i></b></span></div>

Humus se naravno jede i bez mesa. A može i pileća šavarma koju sam spremao pre neki dan. Da se vratim na jagnjetinu - u nedelju je posluženo pečenje, ostaci servirani juče uz humus, a sutra za doručak, od moče - zlatiborska komplet lepinja. Potpuno iskorišćeno.)</i></b></span></li>
