Pileća krilca sa medom


























Za 3-4 osobe:

  • kilogram pilećih krilaca
  • so i biber po ukusu
  • velika kašika meda
  • dve kašike Wuster sosa
  • velika kašika senfa
  • kašika ljute, krupne, tucane aleve paprike
  • malo ulja
  • tri kašike soja sosa


Vreme pripreme: oko 30 minuta.
Težina: lako.

Krilca iseći na tri anatomska dela. Najmanji deo - vrh, ne koristimo. Dobro posolimo i pobiberimo. Izmešamo senf, med, Wuster sos, soja sos i ljutu alevu papriku. Poređamo krilca u tepsiji prekrivenoj papirom za pečenje. Pečemo krilca 25 minuta na 200 stepeni C; ili dok ne porumene. Premežemo ih priprmljenim sosom. pečemo još 5 minuta. Okrenemo. Prelijemo sotatkom sosa i pečemo još 5 min.



Honey Wings & Honey Dew
Serves for 3-4:


  • 1 kilogram of chicken wings
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • tablespoon honey
  • two tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • tablespoon of mustard
  • spoon of hot crushed red pepper
  • a little oil



Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Weight: easy.

Cut wings into three anatomic parts. The smallest part - the tip, we do not use. Season well salt and pepper. Mix: mustard, honey, Worcestershire sauce and hot red pepper. Pour over wings. Let it marinate as long as the oven heats. When the oven is heated to 220 degrees, remove teh wings from marinade and arranges them over a well oiled pan. Save the remain marinade. Bake wings 20 minutes, then pour  over them the rest of the marinade. Now back in the oven, turn up to 250 degrees C  for another 10 minutes.
