Potrebno:
- testo za picu, kao kod pice sa sardinama i inćunima
- dve glavice crnog luka srednje veličine
- komad domaćeg ovčeg sira 50-100 grama
- komad ovčeg kačkavalja 50-100 grama (Pecorino)
- 6-7 kašika maslinovog ulja
- prstohvat origana
- prstohvat sveže samlevenog zelenog bibera
Vreme pripreme: 20 minuta.
Težina: lako.
Crni luk iseći na kolutove, pa ih kratko propržiti na maslinovom ulju - dok ne postanu staklasto providni. Razviti testo u krug. Staviti ga u tepsiju, pa odozgo najpre naneti luk i maslinovu ulje, zatim narendati sireve. Posoliti, pobiberiti i dodati malo origana. Peći 15-20 minuta na 270 stepeni C.
