Pork filet & Onion rings

Za dve osobe:
- komad svinjskog filea od oko 500 grama
- prstohvat soli
- malo sveže samlevenog zelenog bibera
- 3-4 kašike maslinovog ulja sa origanom (ja sam napravio ovo sa origanom letos na moru, može i obično maslinovo ulje, ili maslac - po želji)
Onion rings:
- dve glavice crnog luka (isecite na krugove - pa rukom odvojite kolutove)
- 4-5 kašika brašna
- kašičica praška za pecivo
- kašičica soli
- malo bibera i biljnog začina
- jedno jaje
- šolja mleka
- 5-6 kašika prezle
Vreme pripreme: 20-ak minuta meso i 20-ak minuta kolutovi od luka.
Težina: srednje teško.
Svinjski file iseći na dva dela duga oko 10-15 cm. Svaki deo zaseći uzduž do otprilike dve trećine od ukupne debljine. Rasklopiti ga i izlupati kuvarskim čekićem - da dobijete lepu i debelu "šniclu" kao što je ova na slici. Dakle, sad imate dve "šnicle". Posolite ih, pobiberite, dobro nauljajte maslinovim uljem i ispecite na gril tiganju. Okrenite samo jednom. Trebaće vam, prema ukusu, 5 do 10 minuta sa obe strane. Bolje 5 minuta, ako imate poverenje u vašeg mesara. U suprotnom 10 minuta - biće malo tvrđe, ali sigurnije.
Izmešate brašno, so, začine i prašak za pecivo. U ovu smesu uvaljate kolutove od luka, otresete višak brašna i odložite ih na stranu. Sada u brašno dodate jedno jaje i šolju mleka i dobro umutite. Kolutovi idu najpre u ovu smesu, pa na kraju u prezlu. Ostaje samo da ih kratko pržite u dubokom ulju. Dok ne dobiju lepu zlatnu boju.
Za dodatak: koktel paradajz i malo origana iz maslinovog ulja.

Onion rings:
Preparation time: 40 minutes.
Weight: moderate.
Pork fillet cut into two parts of about 10-15 cm long. Add salt, pepper and olive oil. Grill it, 5 to 10 minutes on each side. Turn it over only once.
Mixed flour, salt, spices and baking powder. Roll up your onion slices In this mixture. Shake off the excess flour and set them aside. Now add to the flour one egg and a cup of milk and mix well. The onion rings now go into this mixture, and finally in bread crumbs. Fry them briefly in hot oil. Until they get a nice golden color.
Serve with cherry tomato and oregano from your olive oil.
