Dark chocolate & sour cherry muffins. English translation at the bottom of this page.
Za 6-8 mafina:
- 100 grama maslaca
- 100 grama šećera u prahu
- 100-ak grama crne čokolade
- 100-ak grama bele čokolade
- kesica vanilinog šećera
- prstohvat soli
- dva jajeta
- 50 ml Frankovke (može naravno bilo koje crno vino, ali mi pravimo Frankovku, pa da se malo pohvalim)
- 150 grama brašna
- kakao - jedna ili dve kašike
- 250 grama višanja (mi smo koristili smrznute, prethodno sam im naravno izvadio koštice; izvadio sam iz zamrzivača malo više, pa sam oko 150 grama ostavio za sos za glavno jelo, zajedno sa svim sokom koje su pustile, a oko 250 grama sam dao supruzi da pravi ove mafine)
- malo narendane kore od limuna (samo žuti deo, otprilike 1 kašičica)
Vreme pripreme: oko 40 minuta (peku se možda oko 20-25 minuta).
Težina: srednje-teško.
Rastopiti maslac i crnu čokoladu (možete staviti u veću šolju, pa u mikrotalasnu na "defrost" jedno 3-4 minuta ili rastopiti na pari - veća šerpa sa kipućom vodom a iznad manja sa čokoladom i maslacem). Sada to sve umutiti sa šećerom, solju, vanilinim šećerom i vinom. Zatim umešati i jaja, brašno, i na kraju očišćene i oceđene višnje. Peći na 180 stepeni C, oko 25 minuta. Kad budu gotovi, preliti rastopljenom belom čokoladom.
Predlažem da ih pečete u onim silikonskim posudama, koje se mogu naći kod Kineza. Ne lepi se, a mogu da imaju razne oblike.
Dobar dezert posle glavnog jela - juneći ribić & sos od višanja.
Dark chocolate & sour cherry muffins
For 6-8 muffins:
Preparation time: about 40 minutes.
Weight: moderate.
Melt the butter and dark chocolate (you can put them into a larger cup and then in microwave, "defrost" a 3-4 minutes, or melt them in a small pot over a bigger pot with boiling water). Now whisk the sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and wine. Stir in melted butter and chocolate. Then stir in the eggs, flour, and then cleaned and drained cherries. Bake at 180 degrees C, about 25 minutes. When it is done, pour over it a little bit of melted white chocolate.

- 100-odd grams of white chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla sugar
- pinch of salt
- two eggs
- 50 ml red wine
- 150 grams of flour
- cocoa - one or two tablespoons
- 250 grams of sour cherries
- little bit of grated lemon peel (yellow part only, about 1 teaspoon)
