Potrebno:
- 5 tankih kriški hleba od heljde (odseći koru)
- polovina pakovanja dimljenog lososa (oko 100 grama)
- jedna kašika rena
- tri kašike krem sira
- malo sitno seckanog lista komorača
- kašičica-dve limunovog soka
- list komorača
- malo sveže samlevenog bibera
- malo morske soli
Vreme pripreme: 15 minuta.
Izmešamo krem sir, ren, limunov sok i peršun. Dodamo malo bibera pa nanesemo na hleb. Stavimo preko po parče lososa. Stavimo komorač. Biber. Morska so.

Smoked salmon canapés
You'll need:
- 5 thin slices of fresh bread
- half package of smoked salmon (about 100 grams)
- one tablespoon grated horseradish
- three tablespoons of cream cheese
- tablespoon finely chopped fennel
- teaspoon or two of lemon juice
- fennel for decoration
- fresh ground pepper
- little bit of sea salt
Preparation time: 15 minutes.
Mixed cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice and parsley. Add a little pepper and jalapeno, and applied onto the bread. Put over a piece of salmon. Put fennel. Pepper. Sea salt.
