Chicken Salad. English translation at the bottom. Za dve osobe:
- komad pilećeg filea, oko 200 grama (rasečen uzduž na dve "šnicle")
- so i biber po ukusu
- kašičica susama
- kašičica kima
- 2-3 kašike maslinovog ulja
- zelena salata (4-5 listova)
- jedan paradajz (ili 5-6 koktel paradajza)
- mlad sir (ili komad mocarele, loptica od 125 grama)
- malo rukole (naravno nije obavezna)
- jedan krastavac
- jedna paprika
- kašika soja sosa
- kašika susamovog ulja
- kašika balsamskog sirćeta
- so i biber po ukusu
- sok od pola pomorandže
Vreme pripreme: oko pola sata.
Težina: lako.
Pileće belo meso raseći uzduž da dobijete dve lepue"šnicle". Posoliti ih, pa uvaljati u susam i kim. Ispržiti. Iseći na komade širine 1cm. Trebaće vam još: "zelena" salata (ja sam našao tri u jedan - ova ljubičasta nareckana, ljubičasta normalna i zelena, sve na istom korenu - genetski inžinjering), paradajz (lepo bi bilo čeri-paradajz), krastavac, paprika i mladi sir (lepo bi bilo mocarela). Fensi bi bila i rukola...
Napravite i dresing od soja sosa, balsamskog sirćeta, susamovog ulja i soka od pomorandže, pa prelite piletinu i povrće. Malo šarenog bibera.
Chicken Salad
Serves for two:
Dressing:
Preparation time: about half an hour.
Weight: easy.
Chicken breasts cut open lengthwise, to get two nice "steaks." Season with salt and roll in sesame and caraway seeds. Fry in a hot pan with a little bit of olive oil, about 5 minutes per each side. Then cut into pieces 1 cm wide.
Mix with vegetables.
Add some dressing.

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- teaspoon sesame
- teaspoon caraway
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- lettuce (4-5 leaves)
- 5-6 cocktail tomatoes
- mozzarella, 100 grams)
- one cucumber
- one paprika
Dressing:
- tablespoon soy sauce
- tablespoon sesame oil
- balsamskog tablespoon vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- juice of half an orange
