Moje natur šnicle


























Za dve osobe:

  • četiri manje svinjske šnicle
  • manji paradajz isečen na kolutove
  • manja tikvica isečana na kolutove
  • paprika isečana na kolutove
  • ljuta papričica isečena uzduž na četiri dela 
  • jedna šargarepa isečena na tanke duge listiće
  • malo celera isečenog na tanke duge listiće
  • 3-4 kašike maslinovog ulja
  • so, biber


Za preliv:

  • malo mladog belog luka, zeleni deo, sitno iseckan
  • kašika soka od limuna
  • dve kašike maslinovog ulja
  • malo majčine dušice
  • još malo bibera


Vreme pripreme: 30 minuta.
Težina: lako.

Šnicle izlupate kuvarskim čekićem, posolite, pobiberite i premažete ih sa malo maslinovog ulja. Pečete na vrelom tiganju po 8-10 minuta sa svake strane, ili dok ne porumene. Izvadite šnicle. Sada grilujete povrće, koje ste prethodno začinili sa malo maslinovog ulja. Za to vam treba još 10 minuta. Poređate na tenjir. Malo posolite i prelijete mešavinom maslinovog ulja, limunovog soka, majčine dušice i mladog belog luka. Ukrasite, recimo listom nane.



My Simple Steaks

Serves for two:


  • four small pork chops
  • small tomatoes cut into slices
  • small zucchini cut into rings
  • peppers cut into slices 
  • hot peppers cut lengthwise into four pieces
  • one carrot cut into thin long slices
  • some celery cut into long thin slices
  • 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper



For the dressing:


  • some young garlic, green part, finely chopped
  • tablespoon lemon juice
  • two tablespoons of olive oil
  • a little thyme
  • a little pepper



Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Weight: easy.


Season steaks with salt, pepper and coat them with a little olive oil. Bake in a hot pan for 8-10 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove the steaks. Now gril vegetables that have been coated with a little olive oil. For this you need another 10 minutes. Arange on a plate. Add some salt and pour a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, garlic and spring. Decorate with mint leaves.
