Probajte ove pikantne škampe u Szechuan stilu. Spremaju se svega 10 minuta. Za dve osobe:
- 300 grama smrznutih gambora (Odmrznite ih i ocedite višak tečnosti.)
- 200 grama skuvanog pirinča (Dobro isperete pirinač pod mlazom hladne vode. Stavite ga da se kuva na najslabijoj vatri. Dve i po šolje vode na šolju pirinča. Kad uvri sva voda - gotov je. Može se poslužiti i hladan.)
- kašika ulja
- tri kašike soja sosa
- kašika meda
- kašika kečapa
- kašika krupne ljute aleve paprike
- prstohvat bibera
- prstohvat samlevenog korijandera
- kašičica narendanog đumbira
- kašičica sitno seckanog belog luka
- 200 ml vode
- kašičica gustina
- malo sitno seckane nane (Ovo sam dodao da malo "ubijem" jačinu sosa. I da složim sa dekoracijom od nane.)
Vreme pripreme: 10 minuta!
Težina: mnogo lako.
U voku ili jednostavnije na teflonskom tiganju, na malo ulja 5 minuta pržite škampe. Dobro umutite vodu, gustin i sve ostale sastojke, pa prelite preko škampa. Neka vri još 5 minuta.
Poslužite preko kuvanog pirinča.
"10 minutes" shrimps

- pinch of pepper
- pinch of minced coriander
- teaspoon grated ginger

- tea spoon of corn starch
- some finely chopped fresh mint
