Potrebno:
- 500 grama belog brašna
- oko 110 ml tople vode (Ovaj odnos mi garantuje da nema lepljenja za ruke ili posudu i nema potrebe za dodavanjem brašna ili vode - to je jedna do vrha puna kafanska čaša od 1dl. Mislim na one stare kafanske čaše. Ne verujem da sam mnogo pogrešio oko ovih mera. Procenite, pa po potrebi dodajte još malo vode)
- kašičica soli
- kašičica šećera
- 5-6 kašika maslinovog ulja
- pola kockice kvasca
- šaka seckanih zelenih i crnih maslina (bez koštica, naravno)
- može i dve-tri kašike naseckanog sušenog paradajza
Vreme pripreme: oko sat i po.
Težina: onako (nije baš jednostavno).
Izmešamo vodu, kvasac, šećer i maslinovo uljega. Neka stoji 10-ak minuta. Izmešamo brašno i so. Dodamo vodu sa kvascem, šećerom i maslinovim uljem i zamesimo testo. Dobro ga umesimo. Da bude mekano i glatko. Neka stoji oko 45 min do 1h, na toplom.
U
međuvremenu naseckati masline, zagrejati rernu, narezati sir, otvoriti vino. Popiti malo.
Kad testo odstoji u njega umesiti naseckane masline (može se dodati i naseckan
sušeni paradajz). Napraviti pogaču (debelu oko 2cm), staviti je u tepsiju na
koju ste prethodno naneli malo brašna. Zaseći po površini. Preko pogače dodati
malo kukuruznog brašna. Peći na 200°C, dok ne porumeni.
Kad pogača-hleb bude
gotova premazati je smesom od maslinovog ulja, morske soli, bibera, belog luka,
svežeg bosiljka i majčine dušice, pa vratiti u rernu na još 5 min.
Olive bread
Serves for 4:
- 500 grams of flour
- about 110 ml of warm water
- teaspoon salt
- teaspun sugar
- 5-6 tablespoons of olive oil
- half a cube of yeast (say 30 grams)
- handful of chopped green and black olives (pitted, of course)
- two or three tablespoons of chopped dried tomatoes
- sea salt, mixed spices (rosemary & thyme), chopped garlic and 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation time: about an hour and a half.
Weight: moderate.
Mixed water, yeast, sugar and olive oil. Let stand for 10 minutes. Mixed the flour and salt. Add the water, yeast, sugar and olive oil and knead the dough. Knead it well. To make it soft and smooth. Let stand for about 45 min to 1 h, at warm place.
