Mango shrimps



























Ovaj tanjir bi trebao da bude dovoljan za dve osobe. Dakle, škampi sa mangom:


  • škampi 500 grama
  • mango - oko 300 grama - oljušten i naseckan na kockice
  • pančeta 100 grama
  • dva čena belog luka - krupnije seckana
  • dve-tri kašike belog vina
  • sok od pola limete (ili limuna)
  • malo seckanog svežeg peršuna i bosiljka
  • 4-5 kašika maslinovog ulja
  • so i biber


Vreme pripreme: 20 minuta
Težina: lako!

U teflonskom tiganju na maslinovom ulju pržiti škampe. Obzirom da uglavnom nalazimo smrznute - prethodno ih odmrznite i dobro iscedite. U svakom slučaju pustiće malo vode - prženje nek traje dok voda ne izvri, otprilike 15-ak minuta. Zatim dodamo ostale sastojke i pržimo još 5 minuta.


Mongo shrimps

This dish should be enough for two people:


  • shrimp 500 grams
  • mango - about 300 grams - peeled and chopped into cubes
  • 100 grams of pancetta
  • two cloves of garlic finally chopped 
  • two or three tablespoons of white wine
  • juice of half a lime (or lemon)
  • a little bit off chopped fresh parsley and basil
  • 4-5 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper



Preparation time: 20 minutes
Weight: easy.

Put some olive oil in frying pan, to fry shrimp. About 10-15 minutes on medium heat. Then add the remaining ingredients and fry for another 5 minutes.
