Za dva ovakva tanjira:
- jedno jaje
- oko 150 grama brašna
- 5-6 kašika maslinovog ulja
- dobar prstohvat soli
- sveže samleveni biber
- dve vrste sira, sitnije narendanog (Koristite sireve po vašem ukusu. Ja sam dobio dva sira iz Holandije. Jedan je sa pestom. Drugi - ovo će da zvuči pretenciozno, je sa tartufima.)

Umesite jaje, brašno i malo soli, u glatko elastično testo. Koristite mašinu za domaću pastu da npravite široke rezance - taljatele. Ja nemam mašinu za pastu. Imam neku arhaičnu mašinicu za domaće rezance. Ima samo dve opcije jedna da istanji testo u trake široke oko 5 cm, debele do 2mm, i drugi deo kroz koji propustite ovakve trake da dobijete rezance. Onda sam svaku traku dobro prekrio brašnom, da se ne lepi. Pa sam svaku srolao. Sada rolnu, oštrim nožem presečem popreko, na 5-6 delova. Kad razmotam, svaki od njih je jedan rezanac.
Ovo sve je jednostavnije nego što zvuči. Uskoro ću opet da pravim ovakve rezance pa ću da slikam ceo postupak.
Rezance ubacim u vrelu vodu sa malo soli i maslinovog ulja. Kuvam 8-10 minuta. Ocedim i tako vruće začinim sa dosta maslinovog ulja, malo soli i sveže samlevenog šarenog bibera. Serviram u tanjir i preko narendam pomenute sireve.
