Mafini "na oko"


























Po osobi:
  • dva jaja
  • dve kriške starog hleba
  • dve šnite slanine
  • konadić kačkavalja (20-ak grama)
  • kašika maslinovog ulja


Vreme pripreme: oko 30 min.


Uključite rernu na 200 stepeni C. U tiganju kratko propržite šnite slanine. Samo da da lako porumene ali da ne budu skroz hrskave. Od kriški hleba odvadite krug iz sredine (modlom ili čašom odgovarajuće veličine).  Kalup za mafine premažete sa malo ulja. U svaki kalup stavite krug od hleba. Zatim pažljivo po obodima kalupa savijete delimično pečenu slaninu. U kalupove dodate i malo kaškavalja. Pečete u rerni 5 minuta  - dok kačkavalj ne počne da se topi. Izvadite i z rerne  i pažljivo u svaki kalup polupate po jedno jaje. Vratite u rernu i pečete 5-10 minuta.
